Goose Creek Flooring is looking for an organized and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site. This role involves supporting clients through phone and in-person interactions, answering inquiries, scheduling and doing estimates, and providing top-notch customer support.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Schedule, build estimates, and coordinate with the installation team
Provide detailed information on products, services, and warranties
Handle customer concerns, questions, and follow-up communication
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions
