Your background:
You must be a high-integrity professional individual. We will be spending literally thousands of dollars on advertising and you will be the only salesperson to start. Therefore, you will be working closely with the owner and the parent company in Georgia. You must be responsible and mature. We are not looking for a "know-it-all" with an attitude. We also do not want someone who has lots of excuses not to show up. Our direct response is very effective and you will need to be at the prospects home immediately. You must also be able to accept leads on your phone and be organized and precise. You will have to measure and do simple math to calculate material needed. You must also be able to work independently with a boss looking over your shoulder, but you should be able to report, take pictures, and write clearly.
This is a $100k-$120k job. Gas allowance will be provided since you will be visiting prospects in their home. You must have reliable clean transportation. Homeowners will be calling in wanting our services. You simply need to be a happy friend to these prospects and close the sale. Home improvement sales experience will be a plus, but we will certainly consider any well-mannered yet ambitious "go getter". We will check references and be expected to pass a drug test. You will be expected to visit with 3 to 6 prospects per day. 70% is the industry close rate. Lots of vertical growth and opportunity for the right person.
