We are a boot-strapping start up with a unique and innovative IA Chat Agent targeting the real estate industry to help drive leads and appointments.
We are seeking a dynamic and results drive Account Executive to be our first team member to sell-in trials of our service and fostering relationships with clients in the real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology sales, and a proven track record in business development and account management. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead initiatives will be key to your success in the position.
The initial position will be to train under the owner of the company by going on sales calls to meet with real estate companies, brokers and agents in the Charleston area.
Compensation to be a draw on commission with a flat fee per closed trial of our service offering.
Duties: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
Conduct warm calling to identify potential leads and convert them into /trial/sales opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close trial deals over our website.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Provide ongoing account management, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
Lead presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective clients.
Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
Experience
Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred.
Strong background in business development, account management, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in managing client relationships.
