Title: Bush Hog & Small Tractor Operator – Private Estate (Greater Charleston Area)
IMMEDIATE OPENING – FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Bush Hog and Small Tractor Operator to help maintain a large private estate located in the Greater Charleston area. This position involves mowing large fields, maintaining trails, and assisting with general land upkeep using estate-owned equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate bush hogs, zero-turn mowers, and small tractors with various attachments
Clear and maintain wooded trails, pastures, and open spaces
Perform routine maintenance on equipment (greasing, blade sharpening, fluid checks)
Identify and report any property or equipment issues
Assist with seasonal land management tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience operating bush hogs and small tractors
Comfortable working independently on large acreage
Basic mechanical knowledge a plus
Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in neat, thorough work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible schedule – full-time or part-time hours available
Pay based on experience
Bi-Weekly direct deposit
