Seeking Lawn Care Fertilization Spray Technicians
Pay starts at $18 to $20 an hour DOE
Gro-Masters' Charleston branch is looking for Fertilization Spray Technicians. Knowledge and experience are preferred but not required. If you want to learn and grow in this specialty, we will invest in you through training and get you state certified.
In addition to a hourly wage, PTO, & Benefits, sales commissions are available for expanding services/customers.
Responsibilities:
-Applies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
-Drives company vehicles to customer locations, providing excellent customer service.
-Responds on a timely basis to customer requests for telephone and in-person service calls.
-Completes required production forms and customer instructions.
-Clean and maintain company vehicles, spray equipment, and other tools.
Qualifications:
-Able to endure the physical demands of working outdoor with equipment & chemicals
-Able to endure environmental aspects such as heat, insects, changing weather, etc…
-Able to pass MVR check, background check & drug screen
