Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic for an ASAP start in Sullivan's Island, SC.
LOTS OF OVERTIME!
PAY: $28-$34 (based upon experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 12-hour days starting at 7AM
SCHEDULE: Work will be Monday-Friday; approximately 60 hours per week
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension
Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic Job Description:
Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications for Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic:
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic. 3 to 5 years minimum experience in heavy equipment.
Experience with heavy equipment is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have PPE

Must have reliable transportation to the job site
