Im not overly concerned with your skills. You need integrity and ridiculous work ethic. Show up to work each day on time. Walk with a purpose in everything you do. 5 days a week, 6 for the foreseeable future. No drinking, no drugs or smoking on job. Vape fine or zen. Your time starts from meeting in the morning to dumping windows at the end of day. That's drive time and everything in between.
