Local maintenance and landscaping company seeking an experienced hands on landscape manager to oversee and maintain multiple properties and crews. We are also seeking landscaping helpers to assist on a crew. Ideal candidate for the supervisor role will have a minimum of 2 years experience and possess an eye for detail. Other requirements for this position include the following: works well with others, outstanding customer service, valid drivers license, reliable transportation, ability to read landscape plans, excellent communication skills with both customers and employees, willingness to work side by side w/ employees, manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of jobs and crew, delegate responsibilities effectively, Knowledge of plant material, motivated and able to lead, ability to develop a team atmosphere, accurately fill out paperwork, such as, daily route sheets, equipment maintenance, etc.manage equipment and schedule preventative maintenance, represent company in a professional manner
