We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician & 3 Sheet Metal Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
MUST HAVE A VERY CLEAN DRIVING RECORD and familiar with the Charleston Metro area.
A CURRENT 3-YEAR DMV DRIVING REPORT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. PLEASE HAVE THIS WITH YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
DO NOT ARRIVE AT INTERVIEW WITH OUT A 3-YEAR DMV REPORT IN HAND.
Service Technician Duties:
Install HVAC systems following design specifications
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Sheet Metal Fabricators
Studying blueprints, diagrams and specification sheets to gain a thorough understanding of the work required
Choosing the right sheet metals to use for a project based on the plan or blueprints
Precisely measuring sheet metal and marking it at the proper places to comply with required specifications
Using cutting tools to prepare sheet metal for use in subsequent steps in manufacturing or as-is installation
Shaping, drilling and bending sheet metal to fabricate parts or components
Installing metal sheets on construction sites
Welding, bolting, brazing and soldering sheet metal to join pieces together
Experience:
Prior experience in HVAC or related field is required
Knowledge of HVAC equipment repair and maintenance
Familiarity with schematics and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
