Tradesman to support work in multifamily apartment industry. General carpentry and finish plumbing and electrical knowledge. Must be able to hang a light, swap out a p-trap, etc. On occasion help with delivering light supplies to job sites. Must have own transportation, basic tools, and working knowledge of painting, drywall repairs. Must have a cooperative disposition as you would be working within a kind and flexible team focused on mission and professional standards, delivering excellent results to our clients.
