Tall Pine Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for Delivery Drivers. As a Delivery Driver, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for timely and efficient transportation of goods to our customers. With core skills in delivery driving, driving, and heavy lifting, you will ensure safe and prompt delivery of packages. Your premium skills in customer service and warehouse experience will enhance the overall delivery experience for our clients. Additionally, your relevant skills in route driving, load & unload, and van driving will be crucial in executing deliveries effectively. Qualifications
- Delivery driver experience preferred
- Driving skills with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy items (50lb max) safely
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in load & unload procedures
- Van driving experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
-Must be 21 years of age or older
-Available to work 3-4 days a week for up to 10 hours a day
-Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize time management skills to plan routes and meet delivery deadlines.
- Handle heavy lifting when loading and unloading packages.
- Demonstrate driving expertise while operating a van and navigating various routes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Available Shift
10:40am- 9:10pm (or when route is completed) - 10 hour shifts
Full Time: 4 days a week
Part Time 2 days a week
All drivers are required to work one weekend day each week.
Compensation and Benefits
$19.50HR to start, $20HR at 6 months, $20.50HR at a year
Benefits after 30 days and 401k after 90 days.
