We have an exceptionally exciting role for an Appian Developer to join our ever growing and dynamic Wholesale Offer Management Team! In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the growth of our Appian tool supporting our Fiber to the Tower initiatives. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary development in a high paced environment while keeping the big picture in focus. By drawing on a broad set of technical and business experiences you will own, plan, and execute development assignments throughout the entire life cycle. This includes managing implementation project schedules, deadlines, communications, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals and outcomes. Being part of this team means you will be interacting with cross-functional partners including senior leadership as part of our internal design to help collaborate and solve challenging business problems, create innovative solutions, and implement innovative ideas to provide true value to our partners and customers.As Appian Developer, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:You will be responsible for developing innovative and creative solutions that will solve for our strategic prioritiesHighly collaborative team member that values innovation and forward-thinking solutionsDesign, develop, and test software applications within the Appian platformTransform client requirements into Appian solutionsLead discussions with the Technical and Business teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issuesCollaborate with fellow developers and IT teams to optimize system functionalityDesign and develop technical solutions on the Appian Suite based on the requirements gatheredDesign and deploy integration requirements, data models, and reportingFoster continual process improvementsDefining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to Appian and partner's best practicesProject management skills will be requiredPerforming frequent code reviews and ensuring the quality of the overall deliveryTranslating your Appian work into presentations to other eco systems, including senior leadershipLead User Acceptance Testing with business users
