If you're passionate about solving complex problems and guiding teams to be successful, we’d love to have you join our dynamic team!As IT Manager, Supply Chain Systems, your duties and responsibilities will include:Drive the development and delivery of SAP S4/HANA-based functionalities to support supply chain operationsOversee all aspects of project delivery, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, and ongoing supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Supply Chain modules with enterprise systems like Finance, Ariba, Inventory, HR, Analytics, and SecurityEnsure supply chain processes align with business and operational KPIs while delivering measurable resultsGenerate comprehensive reports and metrics for executive reviews and stakeholder alignment.Partner with senior leadership to analyze long-term business goals and recommend technology-driven solutionsBuild consensus and align teams across IT, business, and vendor stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet organizational goalsLead testing cycles during project delivery, performing root cause analysis and issue resolutionDevelop, review, and maintain functional/application design documents with stakeholders and external partnersProactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and performance improvementsContribute to project management using SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks
