Automotive Service Writer Advisor Job Responsibilities:
Greet Customers (Make them feel important to our business)
Obtain customer information and enter it into our database
Prepare workorders for our technicians
Auto parts sourcing, ordering and tracking

The shop hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday only. No weekend work. We operate a friendly, respectful work environment. We offer paid holidays, paid vacation, BCBS health insurance 50% paid by the company. Our shop is completely heated and cooled.
Qualifications /Skills needed:
3 Years experience as Service Advisor in a repair shop or dealership
Communication Skills
Ability to work with customers in a calm patient manner

Education and experience Requirement:
High School diploma, GED or Equivalent
Any college or technical school is a plus
3 years or more experience in a service advisor role is strongly preferred.
Experience or certification with specific auto manufacturer is a plus
