It all begins with you.Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.Wholesale Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to support the CDO (Collateralized Debit Obligation) Fusion application.The CDO Fusion application is a vendor application with custom Wells Fargo extensions. The application back-end is MS SQL server with SSRS for reporting. The front-end is developed in class ASP and Java. This position will be a part of a high-performing team focused on the management and development of the CDO Fusion application. The Senior Technical Lead will focus on managing the development of user based requirements and providing production readiness/support.This candidate will focus on end-to-end application development (SDLC). The selected resource will have troubleshooting skills to perform day to day production support. The selected resource should be able to write Stored Procedures/triggers/functions and the ability to develop T-SQL queries.Responsibilities include:
Oversee the day to day business relationship
Lead a team of developers to support the CDO Fusion application
Develops code based on design specification
Participate on the analysis, migration and deployment of Vendor upgrades
Provides technical support for application/server related issues
Participates in design and code reviews to ensure they adhere to design, oversees preparation of test data, testing, and debugging of applications
Develops new documentation to support strategic vision as well as platform support
Assures quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for the application and oversees creation of, or updates to, testing of the business continuation plan.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of application development and implementation experience
4+ years of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience
6+ years of MS SQL server experience
8+ years of Java experience
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to consult at the highest technical level on design: planning, integration, implementation, scalability, and problem definition
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
