Description We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join our team based in Columbia, South Carolina. This role will be focused on providing excellent customer service within a call center environment in the non-profit industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to callers, assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions. Work within our internal system, Thrive Hub, to assist people in applying for benefits. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Answer multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the business casual dress code. Adhere to the office working hours, demonstrating punctuality and time management skills. Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
