Perform corporate accounting functions including corporate and fund/property level accounting, and investor reporting
Perform monthly close procedures within a defined time period
Implement and maintain fixed asset ledgers for book and tax depreciation and
amortization
Prepare financial statements, workpapers, and investor reporting
Assist with audit preparation
Work closely with external tax team on information requests, data analysis, any
required registrations and filings, and return review
Ensure financial and investor reporting complies with GAAP and ILPA standards
Assist with annual budget and quarterly reforecast processes and maintain monthly
variance reporting
Provide acquisition and transaction support for Investments team
Excellence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Yardi experience preferred
Working knowledge of GAAP (fair value accounting) preferred
1+ years in public accounting or corporate accounting
