Description Customer Service Representatives might be interested in this Non-Profit field opportunity via Robert Half, in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center. This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary, and located in Columbia, South Carolina.What you get to do every single dayRetrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Handle incoming telephone calls Requirements - Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
Customer service and office administrative skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Experience with Microsoft Office required
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Benefits administration experience highly desired
Strong familiarity with customer service
General familiarity with High Volume Call Center
Insurance Benefits experience
Command of Assist Customers
Answering Inbound Calls experience
Practical knowledge of High Volume Call Center
Proven knowledge of benefits coordination
Well-founded grasp of Verify Insurance Benefits
Quality experience with Inbound Call Center
