Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives.Data Acquisition Specialists participate in obtaining invoices for our clients from utility vendors via website, phone or email in a timely manner and negotiate with vendors for late fee waivers or extensions. Why is this important? The Data Acquisition team is the frontline of our business, ensuring that invoices are received and processed in a timely manner in order to reduce costs for our clients.As a Data Services Specialist , you will:
Research and resolve termination and delinquent notices within 24 hours of receipt to ensure no interruption of service occurs for the client
Research and resolve previous balances and late fee issues
Work with utility providers to resolve any deposit issues
Ensure Customer Care/client issues are researched/resolved in a timely manner. Critical/Urgent items should be escalated to Team Lead or Manager.
Update systems of operation with tasks performed and relevant data
Communicate to internal and external parties in a clear and detailed manner
Resolve critical due issues by contacting vendors and securing payment date extensions or late fee waivers/avoidances
Work with utility providers to research and resolve gaps in billing cycle
You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
Prior Siemens’ experience
Successful completion of Utility Bill Knowledge training
Successful completion of Penalty Reduction/job-related training
Very strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to research and navigate websites and internal systems
Professional phone presence
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook skills are a plus!)
Strong team player
Able to effectively multi-task
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:

The pay range for this position is $29,190 - $50,040. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
