We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.AT&T has an opening for an Enterprise Management Test Engineer - Primarily develops and applies advanced methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced software applications and problems exclusively to Federal Government clients on a fee-for-service or billable hours basis. Focus on the design, development and test of application software on mobile platforms.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: The selected candidate will have expertise programming in C on Linux/Unix platforms as well as experience using Python, bash or other scripting languages. Experience developing in multiple environments such as iOS and Android environments, including the ability to perform reverse engineering of software systems and embedded systems is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work on individual projects as well as group projects, mentor new members of the team, and work across the lifecycle of the project. MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.Principal Functional Skills / Competencies associated with this Title:

Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Eight (8) years’ experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Experience with enterprise level monitoring and reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Solarwinds.Required Clearance: TSSCI with polygraph.
