Description:Position Overview:The IT Analyst will be responsible for providing support to client workstations, telecom, printers, servers, and network equipment. This person will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues for employees as well as Re-IPing devices connected to manufacturing lines. The role requires an efficient level of technical proficiency and excellent communication skills, as this role will interact with many different users and teams within the organization.Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support for end-users. Provide Standard and Local Software Support — MS Office 365, Outlook, Security tools. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Perform ITSM (ServiceNow), MOC & 24/7 Pager Support Maximizing Site Related HW/SW Resource Uptime. Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime. Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices. Maintain Dashboard Expectations for Exception & Standard WINTEL PC’s, ITSM (ServiceNow) tickets, Site Telecom, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities Communicate technical information to end-users in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. Document all technical support activities in the CMDB/ITSM ticketing system (ServiceNow). Contribute to the development of knowledge articles and other support documentation.Skills:Desktop, Help desk support, Help desk, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Active directory, Service desk, Hardware, Technical support, Mac, Office 365Additional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. 1+ years of experience in desktop support, including experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and desktop hardware. Knowledge of networking and telecommunications technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Experience with telecommunications and printer maintenance is preferred. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
