In this dynamic role, you'll lead full-service teams such as but not limited to performance consulting, instructional design, content development, multimedia development, technical writing, management of related technologies, training facilitation and evaluation and measurement. Oversee complex projects, collaborating closely with the Director on budgeting, program management, and strategic goal planning.You'll work alongside Product and Service leaders to identify business needs and tackle challenges, while managing recruitment, onboarding, performance planning, and coaching to foster a culture of growth.Bring your expertise in healthcare technology operations, our product suite, and human performance engineering, including instructional design and training facilitation.This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive the success of our Workforce Readiness Solutions. Acts as a consultant to our customers

Manages the viability of the WRS Portfolio to assure on-demand availability of comprehensive, current and compliant assets

Creates approaches for solution development and problem-solving that best balance cost, resources, time, quality and desired outcomes

Achieves relief and revenue goals and provides input to areas for revenue enhancement, cost reduction or efficiencies in financial management to the manager

Manages customer expectations, confirms outcomes and measures in writing and achieves customer satisfaction targets

Facilitates communication and collaboration among internal departments, customers and vendors to achieve committed results

Provides input to the development and maintenance of the annual departmental business plan (financials, growth objectives, key projects, resources demand forecast, associate capability development), including implementation strategies to operationalize programs, assets and services for WRS

Manages the performance of the workforce (associates and contractors) to achieve project metrics and outcomes

Provides coaching and/or mentoring, and identifying training requirements for associates

Conducts performance development activities, including performance reviews, goals, training and development, coaching and continuous feedback

Reports status on all projects and initiatives to the Director and as required for organizational and/or customer communications

QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to work consultatively with all organizational levels

Expertise in usability and adoptability of products

Knowledge and experience with systems development methodologies

Knowledge of quality assurance practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of the organization, customer and vendor organizations

Ability to provide input to the development and execution of the departmental annual plan

Ability to manage planned programs and projects within allocated budgets and schedules

Ability to plan, organize, assign and report on work to meet commitments

Ability to foster both internal and external customer relationships at all levels

Ability to handle self professionally and with decorum

Ability to lead complex projects in assigned areas

Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives on track to achieve outcomes

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong consulting, facilitation and coaching and mentoring skills

Required Expereince:

2 years of management experience, focused on managing diverse human performance engineering (HPE) functions (Experience can be in traditional management role, such as resource management or in large learning program management, such as Organizational Change Management)

3 years of experience in various HPE roles (i.e. performance consulting, instructional design, technical writing, organizational change management)

Preferred Expereince:

2 years of previous healthcare experience

Required Training and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in related a field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Certifications:

PMP Certification

CPLP Certification
