The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams in recruiting utility customers to participate in the programs as well as managing a pipeline of existing energy efficiency leads. The candidate will use our CRM to develop outreach campaigns generating leads for an existing book of business customers in an assigned service territory with the goal of increasing the number of energy efficiency projects and participation in utility incentive programs. We push the outreach and marketing world forward using technology and creativity. This role will require the ability to work independently, but to also function as part of a team, must have a drive to succeed, and a commitment to client satisfaction. What you will be doing:
Maintain strong ongoing communications with sales and marketing teams to assess their needs and to receive feedback on their experience with the lead and event quality as well as other lead generating campaigns
Preparing and presenting targeted presentations as well as promoting program awareness and participation at trade shows, trade organization and stakeholder events, supply house counter days, as well as any industry recognized associations.
Assist multiply program managers with the development and implementation of promotional strategies
Prepare ongoing status reports to document performance and activities demonstrating progress towards program goals, contractor/consultant participation and pipeline management
Support internal operations and management of the programs, with tasks such as reporting, application review, forecasting, marketing development, and client support
Manage and develop lead generation strategies, events, and campaigns
Manage and track lead assignments and effectiveness of the lead conversions with the sales team in the CRM.
Analyze outreach data, including lead generation and sales conversions to develop reports for Sales Manager.
Provide recommendations for lead generation optimization and process improvements.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to set up and configure campaigns in CRM.
Support event outreach efforts (live events, webinars, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
Assist with coordinating marketing Sales lead campaigns
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop joint campaigns and customer journeys.
Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are on an as needed basis for outreach and event support. (reimbursement for mileage provided)
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's degree (or candidates can substitute one year of related experience for each year of education)
2+ years of experience in one of the following; supporting sales teams, supporting marketing teams, enhancing the customer experience
Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
