Manage Meta's cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features

Facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company (including members of the legal, public policy, product marketing, security, and communications teams)

Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions

Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned

Perform risk management and change management on projects

They will provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned

Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations

Work with product managers and other privacy stakeholders to develop and drive consensus around creative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges

Track and document new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions

Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team, and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented

Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following:

Privacy policies, regulations, privacy or technology laws, or policy programs

Organizing, collecting, multi-tasking, and process improvements on projects

Program management

Working in technology or related field

Managing projects

Privacy by design principles

Privacy tools, including OneTrust implementation
