Come join our amazing team and work remote!The Quality Control Servicing Supervisor will be responsible for managing a quality control team to ensure CMS Mortgage Servicing business units are in compliance with all internal policies & procedures, federal, state, local and governmental regulatory requirements; and investor/product specific guidelines. Perform all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is 72,000.00 - 80,000.00 per year + Annually Bonus.What you'll do:

Carries out Supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with Quality Control Servicing program framework.

Complete audit of Analyst work for accuracy and as required for Department monthly SEP.

Supervise daily workflow in loan level audits.

Conduct monthly performance feedback for direct report to provide coaching on areas of improvement and to highlight areas of accomplishments.

Complete annual performance feedback for direct reports to highlight accomplishments and to set performance and growth goals for the next year.

Ensure compliance with QC departmental timelines.

Provide Quality Control audit reporting and findings which require corrective action plans to correct deficiencies identified in processes.

Research and respond to exception disputes.

Oversee daily workflow; provide guidance and leadership to assigned team, including hiring, counseling, termination, compliance, and on-going education.

Assist with preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly audit reports for business units, QC Management and Executive Management.

Review, validate and assist with development of Policy & Procedures, and process improvements.

Provide support in system of record administration and maintenance.

Complete monthly self-evaluation performance reviews per company policy.

What you'll need:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience

Five (5) or more years of residential mortgage servicing experience

Five (5) plus years of experience in mortgage quality control or related field

  • Nature of Work This is responsible law enforcement and animal control work assisting with all aspects of animal apprehension, control and placement for Maury County. Activities associated with the job include assisting with the collection of stray and/or abandoned animals, transporting them to the animal shelter and providing care for them until they are reunited with their owner, adopted and/or euthanized.
