Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract File Clerk to assist in maintaining a streamlined system of paperwork and electronic documents for our company.Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and digital files in accordance with the company's record-keeping protocols.
Retrieve documents and files when requested by authorized personnel.
Scan, photocopy, and store documents as necessary.
Assemble, label, and accurately organize files.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Adhere and comply with company procedures, rules and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience as a File Clerk or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency with office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and computers.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Must possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude, and be capable of working independently as well as with a team.
