Buffet Line Position:
The job consist of keeping the buffet clean(per DHEC regulations) and full at all times!
Prepare Cold Bar items such as Slaw, Potato Salad, Banana and Chocolate puddings.
Keep the counter stocked with plates, forks, napkins, spoons, dessert dishes, carry out plates, mess kits, ect.
Take Carry Out orders as customers arrive.
MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WELL WITH STAFF AND CUSTOMERS!
