We are an agency located in Conway,SC and expanding. We are looking to contract with an RN or LPN looking for extra cash occasionally to do client intakes. Looking to get an intake done this Saturday or Sunday. $200 for each initial intake, then $150 for 30day and routines. Intakes take about 30min-1hr.
Process after Initial:
30 day follow up
Routine visits every 3-4months
