Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in various aspects of home renovation/restoration, including drywall installation, mudding, painting, and laying vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. This is a 1099 contracted position, full time, 30 day pay due to contracted invoicing.
Responsibilities:
Assist in various home restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Install and finish drywall, including taping and mudding.
Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Measure, cut, and install LVP flooring according to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in home restoration, specifically in drywall, mudding, painting, and LVP installation.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
