Coconut Cleaners, LLC, is now hiring janitorial technicians. Pay is $10.00/hour. Looking for permanent employment employees, this is not a temporary assignment. We will be cleaning apartments or houses, in the Columbia, SC area or the Lexington, SC area. Each applicant must go through a SLED background check at your own expense. You, the applicant, will present me, the owner, with a background check before I will hire you. SLED checks cost $25.00. If you need help with the SLED check I will assist you. I am very picky about who I hire because I have a boss over me to whom I have to answer to. I cannot help that I am being picky. I will go to the job sites and will oversee the cleaning jobs. I will hire the disabled, and anyone who really wants to work. Only serious inquiries need apply. This is either full-time or part-time. I will train. This is an entry-level job. You must be 18 years old or older to apply, it is the law. Each candidate must have their own vehicle to drive to job sites. I hire in teams of 2 people, and if you want to work with a relative I will hire both of you, as long as the job gets done. No eating, drinking, or smoking is allowed on the job site. My boss does not allow that.
