Seeking worker for part time (8 to 12 hours a week) doing mostly yard and lawn work, and some indoor smaller projects when the weather is not good for yard projects. Must have own transportation, be able to perform some heavy lifting, work using ladders (pruning), and operate basic lawn/landscaping tools and equipment. Students, or individuals who are independently working and offer of decent money and a good part time work situation, willingness to provide consistent weekly part time work, and invest a very good work ethic into this position. Punctuality is very important. Non-smoking at the work site, and limit cell phone usage. Prefer having work done in about six hour increments two weekdays each week. Prefer not to have Saturday or Sunday work.
