Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for overseeing all property maintenance
Supply and vendor management
Budget and negotiation of contracts with suppliers
Create and execute preventative maintenance program
Execution of onsite service requests and maintenance turns
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Minimum of 5 year of maintenance experience
HVAC Certification, CPO preferred
Must be able to work outdoors and weekends
Able to safely carry large items and climb stairs
Have good verbal and written communication
Process great attention to detail
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
