We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual for a Property Maintenance & Custodial position to work at our shop facility in West Columbia. Duties include indoor and outdoor work:
-Weed eating and light landscaping
-Picking up yard debris and trash
-Sweeping and general outdoor cleaning
-Taking out garbage
-Cleaning restrooms and basic custodial tasks
Requirements:
-Must have basic knowledge of how to perform the listed tasks efficiently and thoroughly
-Must be able to work indoor and outdoors year-round in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
-Must be willing to perform these tasks daily with consistency and a strong work ethic
-Very few climate-controlled areas
-Some heavy lifting.
