We are looking for contractors who have experience in:
Full property preservation
General maintenance and repairs
Occupied maintenance, Turns, Rehab and Renovation (Must have GC license)
Specialized services from licensed contractors (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
What you’ll need:
Preservation tools & cleaning supplies
Landscaping equipment
Truck & trailer
Generator, air compressor, and standalone gauge
Common preservation materials (HUD locks, tarps, lumber, RV antifreeze, etc.)
To ensure a seamless partnership, we require potential vendors to have an Aspen Grove ABC number (with IC01 status) and maintain a general liability insurance policy of $1 million.
