Description:
Plaintiff in an active federal employment discrimination case is seeking experienced legal counsel. The case was initially filed pro se to preserve critical statute of limitations deadlines.
The matter now requires skilled representation to handle the remaining phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, expert witness preparation, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
This case has a strong factual foundation and documented evidence, offering an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment law experience to take it forward.
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in South Carolina, in good standing.
Federal court admission required (District of South Carolina).
5+ years’ experience in employment discrimination or civil rights litigation preferred.
Strong litigation skills: discovery, depositions, expert witness coordination, motions, and trial advocacy.
Ability to evaluate damages and negotiate effectively.
