Hi, I am looking for someone to talk to about some legal issues in my life. They would be Civil and one Criminal. For the criminal, there is not a pending charge or have I ever been arrested for it. I did however go to the police and turned myself in, but was not arrested. Also, I have paid to speak to several different attorneys but the response is always conflict of interest. Also, there is a question I ask that I do not get a direct answer. That question is, “ how do you challenge the validation of a POA document”. I am only looking to have a conversation over the telephone to talk, but I would like them to have education in Civil and/or Criminal Law. I will gladly provide compensation for your time.
