What You Can Expect:
As an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, you will be working closely with the office staff and assisting with the completing of monthly billing and the end-of-month cycle. These are but a few of the things you can expect:
Provide the first-in-line customer service experience for all incoming calls
Responsible for data entry with job orders and invoicing on a daily basis
Facilitate communication within the office via email correspondence, reports, etc. as needed
To Be Successful:
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required
Some college and accounting classes are preferred, but not required
One year of previous bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
1-3 years of prior receptionist/administrative assistant experience in the construction industry or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
For Your Safety:
Able to lift light to moderate weight, as well as sit for extended periods as the position is sedentary in nature
Use a computer
