We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead and oversee a market rate multifamily property of under 200 units in Columbia, SC.
The Community Manager is responsible for all aspects of property operations, including resident satisfaction, financial performance, leasing and occupancy, and team leadership.
Starting Pay Range: $58,000 – $62,000 annually, depending on experience. Must be licensed in the state of SC as a Property Manager or be able to obtain this license in order to practice property management at the site.
