Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant. The Project Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documents, scheduling, tracking project deliverables, and other administrative tasks to support the Project Manager and project team members.
Qualifications:
Experience in project management or construction industry preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline preferred
Familiarity with construction industry terms and processes is an asset
Must be willing to undergo background check and random drug screening
Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
