I am looking for someone to support my real estate investing business on a part-time basis (10-20 hrs a week).
The job consists of looking up properties on the Internet, validating addresses online and creating, printing and mailing letters. I provide all the training. The individual needs to have a computer, Internet access and a printer. I provide all supplies (paper, ink, envelops & postage). It pays by the letter and works out to $20/hr plus I pay bonuses when I land properties for letters they have mailed. It would be good for someone that could use some extra cash each week. My company is based in California but I am posting in the metro Columbia area as the cost of living in CA is ridiculously high and I grew up in Cayce, SC and visit a couple of times a year.
