We’ve owned and operated these properties since 2014 and plan to continue doing so long-term. We’re not looking to “flip” or cut corners. We believe in safe, clean, and affordable housing and in doing work right the first time.
We complete full background checks, income verification, and rental history screening on all tenants. We’d rather have a unit sit empty than rent to someone who isn’t the right fit. The same pride and care we take in selecting tenants extends to how we maintain our properties.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and can operate independently. The right person will be trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of working alone while maintaining clear communication with ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential units
- Carpentry work (reinforcing or repairing water-damaged floors and subfloors)
- Clean gutters on one-story buildings
- Identify and fix plumbing leaks, including in crawl spaces
- Routine maintenance: plumbing, painting, drywall, and light electrical
- Turn units between tenants (cleaning, small repairs, preparation)
- Help show units when needed
- Maintain property exteriors and common areas
Requirements:
- Basic residential or apartment maintenance experience
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Able to work independently and be trusted to manage time and materials
- Comfortable using ladders, tools, and entering crawl spaces
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
- No certifications required
