Position: Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: Downtown Columbia
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 1:30 pm
Local mortgage company is looking for a part-time mortgage loan processor
Minimum of 2 years previous experience required
Key Responsibilities:
Once trained, able to work with minimal supervision
Recognize errors, ensuring information is accurate and complete
Adhere to tight deadlines, working quickly but carefully,
Follow up both internally and externally mortgage providers as needed
Order and review title commitments, appraisals, 3rd party verifications
Qualifications:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Once trained, can work independently with little or no supervision
Excellent communication skills with a clear, pleasant, and professional voice
Previous experience in real estate or mortgage industry is required
