I am seeking a part time property manager to perform showings and inspections for a small portfolio of college rental properties located in downtown Columbia. The showings normally occur each year, during the month of October. Move-out inspections are normally performed each year on, or about, the 1st of October. Property condition inspections may also be required at any time during the course of the year, to follow up on any maintenance or renovation tasks that are performed.
Compensation is negotiable and will be paid on a per-trip basis.
Some general experience in real estate is desirable but, not necessarily an absolute requirement.
