Retiring Real Estate Investor (not computer savvy) seeks a local (part time) real estate assistant to market a 18 house rental package for sale and manage some of my other my real estate so I can semi-retire. Must be able to re work a spread sheet for 18 houses located throughout SC, find average renovated values and upgraded rents for each property then help find a qualified purchaser.
If interested I may need someone to assist my director in marketing a group of sober living houses, research to find contractors or purchasers of various items for sale incl collections of artifacts etc. do advertising and research on internet sources etc., help keep my computer updated and just help as needed from time to time. Must be very reasonably priced and sharp. Most work from home but near the downtown- forest acres area. Real estate experience a must.
