Position: Real Estate Telephone Rep
Location: Downtown Columbia
Hours: Monday - Wednesday (Flexible hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls for incoming real estate leads
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups
Schedule follow-up calls for real estate agents
Qualifications:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Once trained, can work independently with little or no supervision
Excellent communication skills with a clear, pleasant, and professional voice
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is required
Strong confidence and the ability to build rapport quickly
Knowledge of real estate or mortgage lending is a plus
