We are a thriving automotive repair shop dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. Our team is passionate about cars, customer service, and delivering quality results. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Store Manager to lead our team and drive success.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, managing staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining the shop’s efficiency and profitability while fostering a positive work environment. If you are passionate about the automotive industry and have strong leadership skills, we want you on our team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in management, retail sales, and team supervision.

Duties

- Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including sales associates and technicians.

- Ensure efficient store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth

- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in an automotive store setting

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cash register operations

-Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive or service industry. 

-Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and services.

-Excellent leadership and communication skills.

-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.      

-A passion for customer service and team building.      

-Experience with inventory management and financial reporting.      

-High level of motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year +BONUSES WEEKLY,

Paid Training, Paid Time Off.
