Our company is looking for a self-motivated, energetic and reliable individual to join our team of Retail Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, great communication, proficient computer skills, and experience working directly with customers to answer questions and provide helpful suggestions. The Retail Sales Associate position requires a fast-paced environment, so the successful applicant will be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once. This position is a part-time role that is hands-on role and focuses on assisting customers with purchases and sales, so applicants must also be comfortable working in an active retail setting. Prior experience in shipping/packing is preferred. Must be willing to work afternoons (until 6:30pm) and rotating Saturdays 9-1. We have another storefront in Lexington. May be asked to work at that location on occassion.
Responsibilities:
Learn/know how to ship domestic and international shipments;
Learn/find shipping regulations for all major carriers;
Ensure proper packing for all shipments to avoid damage during transit;
Processing payments;
Dispatching drivers for our courier deliveries;
Using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to design and print promotional materials;
All other duties as assigned

Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
