We help South Carolina residents through the roof buying process.
Job Description and Requirements:
Join a team of passionate door knockers who get paid to have fun and make sales.
Your job is to knock on a door, follow company-provided pitch/conversation, determine if the customer needs a new roof or repair and help them decide on what needs to be done.
From experience, the general feedback at the door is positive because the people we speak to have older roofs and can typically get their roof paid for by the insurance in certain neighborhoods. One of the easiest sales jobs because it’s a great opportunity for homeowners to get a new roof without having to come fully out of pocket. Team chat with daily communications, questions/answers/support.
Work your own hours. Recommended to knock a minimum of 3 hours per day, but if you're a 4 cooler guy/gal, you're welcome to knock as much as you like.
You're welcome to knock alone or with a teammate.
Top performers will be provided more leads/opportunities/promotion.
Occasional (and optional) road trips to other markets. Airbnb, a one-week getaway, building/growing other markets, and making some serious money along the way.
Qualifications:
Willingness to learn and practice the pitch/approach which will significantly increase your chances of success.
Willingness to practice your craft and improve your SELF. Door to door isn't easy, but with the right mindset and the proper training, it can be the most lucrative way to improve your SELF, and make the money you've been looking for. (Internet door to door is actually pretty easy.) ;-)
Smart phone, tablet, or laptop (iPad works great)
Transportation to and from your assigned neighborhood. Some of us knock together and car pool.
Commissions:
$250-$500/sale with Weekly Volume Incentives (Pay is the same on both rate plans)
If you learn and practice the pitch/approach, a reasonable expectation is 1 sale/hour in the beginning.
Once you master the pitch and the real YOU comes out, the sky is the limit.
