Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and fully stocked.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
Collaborate with the team to create an inviting and inspiring atmosphere.
Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for self-care and wellness products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
