As an Aerial Lineman, you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service. You take pride in doing the job right, being the best, and tackling challenges head-on.
In this role, you will:
Work on the Wireline side of Telecom to install and repair backbone aerial telecommunications cable
Perform all duties in telecommunications construction (ie. pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction)
Use gaffs, extension ladders, or a bucket truck for installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plant
Read and interpret schematics and construction prints
Troubleshoot field issues as they arise
Collaborate with your team on new and exciting projects
Maintain a consistent schedule with opportunities for overtime and on-call pay
About You
Safety is always your priority
You bring at least 1-2+ years of Lineman experience, with strong aerial equipment knowledge
You’re comfortable in a bucket truck, gaffing, and on 28'+ ladders
You take pride in delivering quality work and are looking for long-term projects with stability
You enjoy hands-on work and collaborating with your team
You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Past 3 years)
You can obtain a DOT Medical Card (CDL preferred)
Compensation of $24-$35 per hour, depending on the experience.
